Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Times

To reduce waste, all artworks are printed to order. Please allow 1–2 days for printing and packaging. Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, while express shipping is 1–4 business days. Shipping times for specific items may vary, so please refer to the product page for details.

Returns and Exchanges

Original artworks are non-refundable, so please ensure you choose carefully and double-check measurements before purchasing.

Exchanges on items that have not been printed to order can be made within 14 days of purchase, but the buyer is responsible for any additional postage costs.

As a small business, returns cannot be accepted for a change of mind. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos, keep all packaging, and contact Brittany within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, issues reported beyond this timeframe cannot be addressed.

Damages

Every effort is made to package your artwork securely to reduce the chance of damage during shipping. However, Brittany is not liable for damage caused by third parties such as Australia Post. Any claims regarding transit damage should be made directly with the carrier.

Packaging and Care

Please handle your fine art prints with care—they are delicate. It’s recommended to take your print directly to the framer without removing it from the packaging. If framing it yourself, hold the print gently by the edges, ideally while wearing gloves.

• Material: Limited edition prints are produced on museum-grade cotton rag paper, which may take time to naturally flatten after being shipped in a tube. Allow up to 48 hours for the paper to settle before framing. Avoid placing heavy objects on the artwork as this could cause damage.
• Packaging: Prints up to A2 size are shipped flat, secured between sturdy backing boards. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in rigid mailing tubes for protection.
