Commissions
Create something meaningful and one-of-a-kind.
Whether you’re looking to capture a special memory, honour a place you love, or bring a unique concept to life, commissioning an artwork is a beautiful way to own something deeply personal. I work closely with clients to create custom pieces that reflect their story, style and vision—crafted with care and meticulous attention to detail. Each commission is entirely bespoke and tailored to your preferences in size, subject, and style.
Commissioning your custom artwork, step by step.
Commission Artwork Process

Step 1: Let's Chat
We chat details - Reach out via the contact form, email, call or an in person chat about your idea. You’re welcome to share reference photos, concepts or simply a rough idea of what you’re looking for. I’ll guide you through sizing, pricing, timing, and materials so we’re on the same page.
Step 2: Deposit
Once we have agree on your requirements and delivery schedule I will ask for a 25%, non-refundable deposit of the agreed price.
Step 3: Preliminary Sketch
Next, I will produce a visual 'Mock-Up' and sketch the initial outline of the artwork. Before proceeding with the final artwork, I will share the preliminary sketch proof for your approval. This collaborative process ensures that the composition meets your expectations. Please note that once the proof is approved and work on the final piece has commenced, changes cannot be made due to the handmade nature of the artwork.
Step 4: Finished Artwork
Upon completion of your artwork, I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. You can securely pay the balance online via debit or credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, I will ship your completed pet portrait using a reliable carrier, typically Australia Post. If you are local you are more than welcome to collect in person.

Timeline
Kindly allow a minimum of three weeks for the completion of your pet portrait. Each portrait is meticulously handcrafted in a realism style that demands numerous dedicated hours of work. Your patience ensures that we create a truly exceptional and lifelike masterpiece to treasure for a lifetime.
